adventures in sourdough day 4

today is day 4 we already have bubbles and we are now looking for it to be "frothy". Well it's getting a little stinky but in a good way I hope and it's definatly getting thicker.. this is disgusting but it's kinda the consistancy of really thick snot. I know i said it was gross. :)
 so here are todays pictures....

Notice the hooch? also the smaller bubbles? I hope this means it's getting frothy and not dying.

see the smaller bubbles? it's different from yesterdays so im excited!! I think Wednesday I'm going to try making sourdough bread!! Tuesday is Cream Cheese King Cake!
