i found a yummy salad recipe on pintrest the other day and me being me have to change the recipe.
and just to shock your socks off... i actually made it HEALTHIER!
2 cooked chopped chicken breasts
1 bag of salad
1 box sliced fresh (not frozen) strawberries
1 cup ( can be more or less) blue cheese
1 cup chopped walnuts (candied would be really good if you had them)
balsalmic vingrette ( we used berry balsalmic)
dump first four ingredients into a large bowl and toss. then right before serving lightly dress with vingrette
very spring looking and soo yummy!
